Subject:I want to be a Tzaddik,
Question:
Reb,

Can you give me a learning schedual that will help me become a Tzaddik and Talmud Chacham
Answer:
Sure but this is not for someone who lacks in faith of Hashem and you must practice humility during this.

Start with shmuel 1 and go to end of Tanach, read in english (only use proper translation) and read as fast as you can. Only stop to look something up that is crusial. Each day set a goal to complete more pages in the set time you have allowed. When you are nearing the end, begin with mishnious but with hebrew also. Use a very simple commentary like blackman mishnious. Start with one perek a day and then make it two pereks a day which means you finish in one year. If you continue to learn quickly and train the mind to think faster. Then you will see you can do 4 pereks a day easily in a few weeks. You will finish all of Tanach and mishnious in 6months. On the side you learn things which give you energy to learn more and uplift you.

Subject:correcting parents
Question:
My parents are becoming a little more religious

and i am far ahead of them. Can I correct them

and tell them they are doing wrong things still?
Answer:

you have to respect their level of growth also,

maybe they progress slower
then you. Every situation is different each time

and you will have to make
sure you never act upon eggo but humbly reminding

the way. Also, instaed of
saying "you don't do it," try, its not really the

way of our nation to do
this. You shouldn't really correct a parent if you can help it.

Question:
I've wanted to go down to Chabad here, but I'm a bit intimidated, I guess. Your videos have been one aspect of my connection to that in a non-intimidating way, and I thank you for that.
Answer:
Don't be scared to go to chabad, it is the evil inclination that tells you
this, nobody is going to look down upon you and even if one did, who cares,
this is about you and Hashem.

Question:
can you tell me about the reform? my mom isn't into conservitive, my grandmother was orthodox though..
Answer:
well i never studied it in detail but they believe that judaism changes with time so they brought in new rules and got rid of old ones. Like gay marriages, intermarriages, etc.. It is like left.
Convervative is more center
Traditional could be a little more towards orthodox depending on the place but more into not giving any pressure.

I am someone that is orthodox, now orthodox doesn['t have to mean total dress change and stuff, it simply means keeping the shabbos and kosher laws.

Chassidic, is about bring out more spirituality and kabbalah into Judaism. It is the fastest growing movement that seems to speak to people today. There are a lot of english books being printed.
are you sefardic?
